This is working out to be a weird contest. If I had any money on the deal, I'd have lost it long ago!
Fascinating, of course, but weird.
The choice of Jenson, however, is not at all weird. Even though I acknowledge my prejudice (Jenson was my teacher and I still see him occasionally), he seems to me to be the most original, daring, and outspoken of the modern theologians. Too Lutheran? Try that out on American Lutherans some time!
